it's currently about 22 inches or somethin
basically what i need to know is how often and what exercises to do to increase these muscles? stretches... etc you guys know? also just some good all around exercises to tone out my upper body... push-ups, right? |

you should be able to do calves every other day
but you'll need to strengthen all of your leg muscles focus on explosiveness |

squats, lunges, calf raises (seated and straight-leg), depth jumps, box jumps
