It's that time of year...tomato, tomatillo, onion & pepper harvest, which means Salsa Tiem!

OMFG! So much fucking work to deal with this shit, roasting/processing/canning, but oh so tasty. I think these might be my best batches evar.

I toned down my jalapeño crop this year(only 3 plants), so no Cowboy Candy, but I still got plenty of peppers.

I made a bunch more salsa verde, amped up the heat just a little vs. last year's batch.

And I made a shit ton of red salsa, lol.

I've cooked up multiple versions this year:
Mild - a little jalapeño zip to it, but very tomatoey & sweet.
Medium - a bit more peppy, heavy on the poblano which is quite tasty.
Hot - Same as medium, but added some Serrano & Habanero.
Extra Hot - Doubled down on the Serrano & Habanero...this shit will melt your face off, lol.
