I went and watched 1000BC on the Ultra Screen
The UltraScreens®, with razor sharp three-story tall picture, crystal clear digital sound and comfortable stadium seats are Marcus movie magic at its best.
The UltraScreens® take moviegoing to a totally a new level of excitement that can never be experienced at home. The UltraScreens® are more than 500 times bigger than a typical 19”television screen.
Wanted to see the movie because I figured it would look badass, didn't care about the story much or anything else but thought it would look great on a large screen.
Anyway, picture seemed fuzzy the entire time and overall quality of the picture sucked ass. It'll probably look (most likely definitely) look better at home in blu-ray or whatever when it finally comes out.
Has anyone noticed anything like this at theaters? HD is making me unimpressed with theater movies :dunno:
