In his case, yes.. merely because he was prosecuting people for the exact same thing.

In other cases, I honestly don't care. I realize that 90% of politicians have a wrap sheet equivalent to my local pot dealer's, and that's just the reality.

Perhaps they should start writing legislation to abolish those retarded laws, since most of them are prostitution or drug-related.
