thought i'd try one of these. please make suggestions for improvement if i'm doing something wrong(more then likely)/should add something.


i'm not doing a huge power lifting sesh, just some light lifting every other day or so to get a lil bit stronger.


Here's my current routine:

Run 4-4.5 miles 5x/wk at ~6:40/mile

Bench 5 sets/135lbs :mamoru: <---- workin on that

Curls ~4 sets/55lbs w/o bar added, dunno how much it is

Skullcrushers 3 sets/40lbs w/o bar, "

Legpress 3sets/no idea how much weight, my buddy sets it up lel.

And these weird things where it props you up and you raise your legs, kind of like a vertical leg lift thing. But 3sets/12 reps of those.


NEED INPUT. MAKE SUGGESTIONS
