I just hard modded my battery and then did something (i dont know what, still trying to figure it out) to my memory card that makes my battery work like normal as long as my memory card is in. (once I got CFW on ofcourse)

Or Pandora your current battery, trade PSP in without battery, get new psp with battery
Half of the idiots at electronic stores don't check
Actually that's being nice, more than half

My psp was purchased with like 1.52 firmware originally. I'm on 3.90m-33 on all 3 PSPs in our house :)

2.82, if I Pandora the battery will I have to purchase a second one? Is there a pretty steady amount of games that actually work being released? It seems worht the 20-30 dollars for a new battery if that meant lifetime of games...

Pandora is a way to downgrade your PSP with only a Pandora battery and memory card. It's supposed to also work for bricked PSP's, but I am pretty sure it only works on the fat ones, but I am not sure if they have a fix for it. It doesn't seem to take long for this Dark Alex guy to rip Sony up.

smoof, I bought my pandora from pandora gadgets (http://www.pandoragadgets.co.uk), and found them quite useful, but i would only recommened them if you are in UK, as they are UK based.Hope this helps.
