"I Am Legend" alternate ending

I like this one better, only because I prefer happy endings. And who wants to see a foine Will Smith die? NOT I!

i like that ending more than the ending they used, but still the book was way better.
Still the shitty plot and conclusion kills me in this movie. How the fuck did that bitch get on the island in the first place. Yeah the motherfucking bridge is out but she can sure seem to get her car across it. Then on the alternate ending the bridge is magically repaired for their escape. wtf

I would have really wanted to see the alpha male and other vampires screaming neville while trying to find him at night and the fake not decomposing vampire getting into neville's home. That and the alternate ending without shitty plot holes would have made i am legend so much better.

i didn't like the original ending and thought the movie went way downhill after the lady was introduced, but when i read the alternate ending, i laughed out loud at how terrible it was. it's a shame, cause the first half of the movie was pretty good.

I haven't seen the alt ending yet. I thought the original was ok, but I wanted the lady and Will Smith to get it on.

yes but the problem is the story from the book was different and way better. it was MUCH creepier in my opinion. the movie did a good job of slowly revealing that will smith was just a wee bit crazy but the book did a MUCH better job. he is supposed to be the last man alive. so why the fuck is he working on a cure for a disease he's immune to? it's so dark and creepy. the movie ruins that by showing survivors.

still. i liked the movie. both endings work well in my opinion for the movie as long as you aren't expecting the real (and much better) story from the book.

I didnt read the book. Overall I thought the move was good. I would say 7/10 probably.

But this alt ending I didnt like. Did he cure the zombie? I dont even know.

The original ending was ok imo.
