Ran total of ~1.5 mi; split up (from my house to CVS to meet up w/ friend, back to my house, to other friends' house (see below), back to my house)

Worked out at my friends' house who has free weights and bench
benched: 130x5, 135x5, 140x3, 145x1
Alternating Standing Dumbbell Curls: 30x20, 30x15, 40x10
dumbbell row: 30x30 (each arm), 30x30, 40x15
dumbbell pullover: 30x10, 40x5

legs and arms hurt today, not feelin' the running.

pull ups: 10, 10, 10
sit ups: 20, 20, 20

I also had athletic (basketball-ish) shorts on too but those were majorly dirty so I think they're in the hamper/wash already

Rugby Tryouts, Day 1
Started off with stretching, couple of laps around the field.
Then basics (of the game) drills: passing, tackling, and rucking.
Calisthenics: in between drills (we switched between the 3 like every 20 minutes),
20 pushups,
20 crunches (KF said they were just a variation, see spoiler)
where it was like we were in a sitting position but our backs were on the ground and our legs were crossed then we brought our shoulder blades off the ground it was like crunches but with elevated/crossed legs

20 fuck I don't know what these got damn things are called see the spoiler again
but then there was the second to last one
6:40 pm: we were in like a crouch sort of, then go down to a low crouch, touch the ground and jump back up straight like you're diving
6:40 pm: like with your whole body straight and arms straight up
20 updowns :mad: (these are torture)

THEN,
walk/run/sprint across the field 11ty times, I pretty much died here and that was the end of practice

I am most definitely going back on Thursday (practices are Tues and Thurs).
Tryouts last for 5 sessions (practices) except for Thanksgiving holiday (next Thurs) so I'll basically know if I make the team about two weeks from this Thursday.
