Probably not tops in taste department but it helps get in the solid calories and I've found it to be tolerable for a long time now.

Cut up piece of chicken breast
1-2 cups of brown rice
Franks redhot
salsa to make less dry if you want

I just stir it all together in a big bowl, it's pretty decent.

Mine is actually pretty much the same. Just sub out the Frank's redhot & salsa and replace with extra virgin olive oil & rice vinegar. Throw on some pepper if you're in the mood.

I could eat it all day every day.

It's great cause you can just cook up a whole bunch of chicken and rice and you're good to go for a week.

getting a good amount of sleep and making healthy eating as non time consuming as possible has been the biggest challenge for me

Daft question, but my cooking skills are awful - do you cook up a batch and put it in the fridge or the freezer?

What about reheating? Microwave it for how long?

Yeah, I know, severe hand holding. :greddy:

I put mine in the fridge and I reheat a bowl for a little over a minute.

Cheers mate - am rubbish at that sort of thing and cooking everything from scratch always causes trouble when work piles up.

boneless skinless chicken breasts marinated in fat free italian and grilled on george foreman with some mashed potatoes. Pretty good for you and takes 10 minutes

How do you guys cook your chicken? I usually pan fry it with some butter on the pan and put some lemon pepper and garlic seasoning on the chicken.

I sprinkle mine with seasoning, wrap it in aluminum foil, and bake it in the oven.

I made a new one Saturday night

I think I used about a pound and a half of lean ground beef, cooked that, mixed it with 1 can of chili beans and 1 fresh tomato that I cut up - it's homemade chili but there really isn't any sauce to it at all so I scooped a bowl full of it and poured a little bit of Frank's Red Hot wing sauce on top and stirred it in for the sauce.... oh my god was it sooo good

Some pretty good softcore stuff in there, a nice change up from the usual Chx breast/veggies combo.
