Best way to get over it?
Or maybe I'm expecting too much every week. How much do you expect your squat/bench/dead to go up each week or each month?

add more calories
change routine
do progressive overload
I seriously doubt that you're at the far reach of your genetic abilities

I would say that depends heavily on how long you have been at it. I have high expectations because I'm still in the "noob gains" period. Once you've gotten big it's much harder to get bigger and bigger all the time...

How long do noob gains last?
I started training back in 2005-2006 for about 8 months. Then I stopped and started retraining again in the middle of 2007 and basically lost about 80% of the strength I gained. Took November/December off because of school. Started again in January. Probably the strongest now that I've ever been though, but still not that strong.
I will never take more than a week off again, it fucks you so much.

I don't know the answer to that question but I would say that I'm still experiencing noob gains after 4-5 months.... while I'm always increasing I have friends that are very very strong but struggle to continue to make gains because they are already so big... maybe 6 months or so is the limit to noob gains? I'm not sure...

You haven't hit a plateau, you're just not consistent.
Don't expect all 3 to always go up at the same time, progression in one area is progress all over.
Maybe work on your form, rent a cam and throw up some vids.

+juan for more calories
You gotta mix up that workout as your body may have gotten used to the same ol' routines. You gotta keep faking it out when it thinks you wanna go right, go left so it can't be ready for it. Change work out days for certain muscle groups and if you are out of material, instead of doing exercise juan,2,3 that you usually do, do exercise 3, 2, than juan last as your body may react positively to that
