so im going to start working out starting spring and i have NO IDEA where to start. im not going for the hardcore stuff that i know some of you guys do. I just want to build up a little. any tips of where to start please?

eat big lift big sleep big get big

you need to eat a long to get bigger because your body is demanding resources constantly.
You need to lift big so your body can demand a lot of resources and recover them faster.
You need to sleep big so your body can recover and heal.

Then over a year you will see yourself getting bigger.

you should just start slow and accept bullshit gains because it's all you want

no need to make it happen as quickly as it can
