what would it be, and why? one gun only. for the rest of your life.

mine would be a s&w 686, cause i can shoot 2 different rounds with it, and its accurate as fuck. its truly a joy to shoot and i can't see myself getting bored with it ever.

we talkin about pistols or riffles? Two completely different things here. For a pistol, i gotta go with a glock, and for a riffle, i have to say a M4A1 with an m203 attachment, and a laser dot, or for, an Acog 4x. i got a buddy that is a marine, and he says they are fun as hell to shoot, and says if they ever become legal (wont until they are decommissioned from service), grab one as soon as you can.

I also would not put a laser or Acog on it. That would severely limit it's capability's.

If i could only have 1 gun for everything for the rest of my life it would be the Remington 870.
Reasons:
No better built Pump
Because its a pump=no jams
Can hunt almost any north american animal with it.
Great home protection

fn was at my local range for this pig roast thing. they let anyone shoot the p90 for free. :bowdown: only 30 rounds though. i went through that in like 3 secs.

IMO the trigger sucks on those things....... it might have been the one i shot, but there was no "take up" on the trigger. you couldn't tell when it was gonna break. the dude said just give it a short burst, and i sprayed half the ammo down range before i knew what happened. but id still buy one.

Well, sadly, the PS90 lacks full auto fire so we won't have that problem :greddy:

For a rifle it would have to be a Barrett .50 cal. For a handgun I would want the Springfield Armory XD 45ACP.
