I can't help but to think how good of a movie Scream really was.

Scream was a very well put together movie. It stuck with the cheesiness
of classic horror movies and mixed it well with this newer age teeny stuff. It had a whole new feel. I had always liked the movie, but it wasn't until recently that I noticed how good it really was.

but i DO agree. i like the first one a lot. it's one of the few horror movies that actually did SCARE me at a part and that is very rare.

it was a great "new" horror movie.
the sequels just killed it though.
hell, even the first i know what you did last summer was great.
