What do you think?
I want to try to keep better track of what weight I'm lifting so I can constantly try to make progressions....
Think this would work ?
a simple notepad? :dunno:
it's more practical in the event you quickly need to refer to something right away instead of having it online.

well I figured I'd take a notepad to the gym then throw it in google in the evening?
I dunno, it would just be cool to see a graph or something :mamoru:

How about excel? Make one row a specific exercise and the column = max weight that day. Open a new one every week and then you can create your own type of charts

Google Docs is basically the same thing
I would want to do something like total volume though so it would be weightxreps added together for that exercise

Sounds like a good idea. Maybe I will start doing this.
the only thing I'd consider tracking online would be run time/distances. That nike+ looks pretty cool, just too cheap to get one
