What do you guys take on a regular basis, im trying to find a good vitamin regiment here, not overly crazy that will help balance my system out, i have alot of issues with things being out of balance thanks to medications and complicates of surgury, now that im healthy enough to get back into a workout routine and everything, i need somthing that will suit me well.

don't cheap out, buy a quality fish oil

some of the cheaper caps upset people's stomaches but I don't think that is a problem with the better brands with superior coatings
