:werd: I'm getting pushed into doing web development at my job. Our current "webmaster" is a 25 year old girl that is great at photoshop but has no knowledge about coding or websites.
Since shes super hot I help her out a lot. The bosses picked up on it and have now made the two of us "the web team"
Id rather just sit in front of my computer and and surf the web like I usually do. :wtc:

I've made a few simple sites before. Just static pages with a little CSS and javascript use. I was trying to learn PHP so as to be able to create some database driven ones, but Uni is taking all my time right now and this year it's C++ and Assembly only.

Next year however we will be doing Web Development which I'm looking forward to. Learning a little SQL from next month.

I'm aiming to work in programming for a career, but earn money on the side from web development/freelance work.

Just found this site, gives a nice quick SEO type review of your site and it's competitors.
