sadly i've lost all motivation to work out. i've joined a new gym after moving and have no one to lift with. i've gone a couple times with my girlfriend, but when i go with her all i do is cardio. and to make it worse the majority of the guys at my gym seem like morons (literally, i think they are slow). WTF, i hate having no drive right now.

i went from going 5 days a week and seeing amazing gains (to me, maybe not to you).
to gaining 15lbs. and being a lazy turd.

I don't need a partner really.

It helps on bench day to have a spotter, but that's it.

Okay, you're probably into shit that they're not? Why are you talking with them? If you're not, why aren't you paying attention to your own shit and not them? Try headphones.

yerp ive had motivation issues since fall pretty much. i find buying supplements often gives me motivation to workout, trying out the stuff in the gym, taking energy products and whatnot. gotta just. do it i guess. oh and ive always worked out alone, i dont really need ppl trying ot motivate me through reps and i never need spotter since i use db's most the time

sounds like weight lifting isnt your sport if you have to fuckin have a lifting partner and find excuse after excuse not to lift

i don't need the partner, but it's nice to have someone to stay motivated. and i love lifting. last year before the move and everything i was doing good. bench was up to 315lb. gains all across the boards, just sad that i'm back to square one.

Extra work commitments have made me lose my motivation. Everything I'd worked hard for over the last few months was destroyed over the last 6 weeks. Gah. Time to pick up again.

Look, "I" worked out today. If I can, you can too.
