You should split up your workouts so that you are only working the same muscles like twice a week with a few days rest in between.

sore = good

like ^ said, just work different muscles within a span of 2-3 days and start over

split up your workouts
back/bi
tri/chest
legs
shoulders

There are tons of routines like this. After a while you won't be nearly as sore as you are now. But keep at it

This is actually the same exact routine I use. I can't seem to bulk though so I haven't been satisfied with my results this summer :wtc:

As far as routines however this is a good one, but if you are trying to lose weight at the same time (not specified) then you may want to introduce 3 days of cardio as well, which usually are good on the shoulders day, legs day, and allotting another day just for cardio, but I don't do cardio myself aside from once a week.

Eat more and lift heavier weights. Don't do sets of 10, try 8,6, or even 5

You should feel like passing out when doing leg day.
