So decided I was going to cook today instead of letting my grandfather cook.
Ham
Cheese(traditionally I think it's supposed to be Swiss but I used Gouda and Mozzarella)
Chicken breasts
1 Egg
1 Garlic clove
Butter
Bread crumbs
Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese
Salt
Oregano
Black ground pepper
Pound chicken breasts to about 1/4 inch thick. Mix the egg, butter, and minced garlic in
First...get all you need together.

Pound the chicken down to about 1/4 inch thick.

Mix in the bread crumbs, grated cheese, and oregano. Mix it all nice and well.

Add pepper and salt to chicken, both sides. I also added some oregano since I like it a lot. Then get the assembly line ready. Now you want to add the cheese and ham to the chicken. Make sure you leave enough room around the edges and roll it up. Then dip into the egg and then unto the crumbs mix...make sure to cover well.

Place the chicken seam down...you might want to use a toothpic to hold shit together. Also, grease/butter up the pan you are going to use before putting the chicken on it. Throw in the oven at some temp...just make sure it isn't going to burn. As you can tell I didn't plug the left side of the chicken very well.

From that you can go on and make your own side dish....I would enjoy mashed potatoes but had no potatoes so I went the extremely easy route of white rice.
Add some butter to the pan/pot...whatever it's called.

Throw in rice and onion.

Mix it all about.
http://i223.photobucket.com/albums/dd262/Epicinspain/Food/P4070321.jpg
Add water and salt...you know the rest for rice.

The chicken is done! :yum: Although it probably doesn't look it. :mamoru:

Everything on the plate. That red spot is the melted cheese I pilled off the pan.

Shit was good!!!! Although looks very plain. I wasn't going for looks...not that I could anyways. :mamoru:
