I did arms today, first time in a while (not a high priority for me). After the first exercise of barbell curls my left bicep started hurting. Not bad, so I kept working out anyways. Now I notice all these purple spots on my bicep, so I'm assuming some capillaries burst because of the blood pressure.
Anyway to prevent this? This has happened before.
My pump in the gunz is 2 insane. :(
