i wouldn't barre it, it looks like a pretty standard 1st position minor pentatonic lick, so i'd just finger it more or less regularly. actually i might barre the 1st and 2nd string to make the pulloffs easier. but definitely don't do a full barre at the 9th fret if that's what you were thinking of.
