Whats the best D2 LOD Ladder gear out there for a high level Barb?



P.S. It's an Axe Mastery WW Barb. It will be my first character on my new account, I figured I would start easy.

Barbs are pretty crappy but the best gear costs like 5 High runes a piece.

best barb axe? try Hellslayer or Messerschmidt's. I remember Hellslayer to be cheap, high damage, might be slow though.

lol, there are these things called runewords now they completely own those crappy axes. I don't even pick those axes up when i magic find.
