With summer comming, it gives me a good reason to buy a new carry gun. I already have snubby wheel guns, I'm looking for suggestions for a light slim semi-auto to carry IWB. I am thinking about getting a Khar right now, but would like to hear some options to go test fire.

I should mention that mag capacity is not a concern for me, being a snubby carrier, I am used to carry a speed strip with extra rounds, so an extra mag would be no biggie.

Can't beat a P3AT for concealability...Not too pleasant to shoot IMO, but rather have that than nothing :dunno:

I like the Kahrs as well, but I've only shot one (no idea which, it was in .40) so I don't have much knowledge on them :o

Isn't ruger making a compact to compete with the P3AT? I'd like a P3AT for pocket carry and deep concealment, but I'd much rather have a J frame. Too poor at the moment for either

You know what jrock, im kicking myself right now, I had one, and i sold it over the winter, i had 5000 rounds through that thing with no jams, it was a great inexpensive gun, but now they are over 300 around here. I bought mine about 5 years ago for $199.99.

Damn good price

They are 279 here, my girlfriends mom looked at getting one for carry. She rented one to test out and she hated shooting it because of how snappy it was. She shoots .45 better than she does anything else, so her fiance and I convinced her to get a Glock 36 :bigthumb:

.380 do have a good snap, because of the fixed barrel and how light it is.

No biggie, she ended up with a better gun anyways

Not sure why she was looking for a cheap gun, the woman sure as hell isn't hurting for money.
