Tell your boy friend that he has too much shit hanging off of his guns for them to be practical.

They make something called the TLR-2 for the handguns that is 4 times smaller then that god awful thing on the Walther and won't weight a pound and can actually fit in a holster.

I beg to differ. You can have to many accessories.

That AR was meant to be a light weight rifle that could be carried for a prolonged time in combat. With the amount of crap dangling off of it, I'd be surprised if it didn't hit 10 or even 12lbs in weight. On top of that, the more things you add to it, the harder it'll be to hold stead and shoot at distance standing, which is likely how it'll be used. That front hand bar is useless, the bi-pod is so close to it that its also useless and I don't know who uses Lasers outside of the military, but for situations where it'll be used by you (in your home most likely), that laser will do more harm then good as its a 2 way street.

Keep Firearms simple. The less things on it the better, the less that can go wrong.

Just my opinion, what do I know.
